We don't run lab air-quality testing in-house. During inspection we flag visible mold, excessive dust loading, and airflow issues; for lab-grade allergen, VOC, or mold-spore readings we refer to a partnered IAQ tester.

Add-ons include full sanitize, UV light install, blower assembly clean, coil deep clean, condensate drain flush, mold treatment, and a new HVAC filter.
